We will have to agree to disagree, this thread was not meant to argue or even discuss homosexuality, lol.

The 2nd part reinforces that it is a mental illness that they were born with. I never said it was a choice.

I'm no expert on the subject and I'm not a gay rights activist by any means either, but I believe this to be true in many cases but not all. A friend of mine's neighbor has a little boy that has acted "different" since he was old enough to speak....instead of wanting to play Power Rangers and etc., he wanted to play Mary Poppins....I'm being serious....his speech was different as well....you would have to see the child to fully understand what I'm saying, but to me he is a clear case of being born that way. I think there are others who choose to be that way later in life....I know two women that were married with children that went through bitter divorces then turned to women afterwards.

Not so much, but they live in Ca and Oregon respectively. My son is in 2nd grade here and has 3 classmates with same sex parents. They seem to be fine, kids are different. I think my son may be in the first truly enlightened generation. They don't even see race or sexuality or the likes.

They are also the laziest generation ever. They are gonna expect handouts and help their entire life. We are raising a generation of softies. But hey my president is black, 16 trillion deficit, 47 million on welfare and over 8% unemployment. If I was an investor I would invest in those white plastic chairs that you see in the projects. I expect the demand for these chairs will skyrocket the next four years.

Probably so....I just remember how mean some of the kids were back in the day, but I'm 45....I always hated to see the weak get picked on....I was one of the youngest guys in the neighborhood and as a result...caught a lot of grief from some of the trailer park thugs

Nothing is wrong with everyone getting along - I am ALL for that. I was just saying wow that he actually believes it will happen with his son's generation. There will be no truly enlightened generation as long as there are still kids being raised by the TV, parents having more kids to get more handouts, a terrible education system catering to the bottom of the barrel and stifling the brightest, and a big, bloated government full of crooks and liars.
