Although I played High School Ball, I was never invited to have a visit to a University. Does anyone know what happens during a visit? What kind of presentation is given to these guys?

Tour of facilities
Check out a certain class if the recruit is in to that.
Showing them around campus
Watch a practice
Hang out with the team
Party with their host from the team
..etc

It doesn't always do that, but those are probably some of the most common activities.

And don't forget about the hostess that gives them the tour in the kahki mini skirts and the orange sports coats. lol.

What about in home visits.....how long do they last? I guess it is a chance for the family to sit down and get to know the coach...anything else??

I was a host while at UT. Assuming the recruit came to town on a Friday for the Saturday game here's how it unfolded. First the recruit would get with the coaches to meet and greet and tour the facilities. Then, they'd be taken to the Thornton center to meet an academic adviser and observe the wonder of our athletic department mandated tutoring (parents eat that part up!!). Next would be the introduction to the host (which would be a current player). The host would take them out to dinner or lunch and then to a party of some sort (hopefully, not the puff puff pass type like G. Jones puts on). We always put them up at the pyramid shaped hotel downtown (Marriott???). Game day at the stadium is where the girls in the khaki skirts and orange blazers come in :). The recruit will be on the sideline pregame and at half time. Then they wind up in those added seats on the endzone where UT comes out. That's about it.

Hope that helps.

B-Marsh having sex with an athlete is not a huge surprise

What happens......?

Pretty much what ever the recruit wants! At the Big Schools, that is.

Then he finds out she is wearing a chasity belt so he had to go get a key from the head coach-who determines that the only reason why he is here is to get some.:)

The few hostesses that I knew when I was there wouldn't know a chastity belt if you slapped 'em across the face with it.
