There was so much talk before the season on him; now he has seemed to just disappear. Is he still learning the offense?

When He arived at Tn, He went buy Fulmers office(remember he had one for several months after he was fired) and said something to him that He shouldn't have, Hamilton heard him and told Kiffin not to let him play either...........see previous thread regarding why NS is not playing for futher information on this subject ...:D

Nick is still on the team and is running the scout team as a QB. He was brought in as a warm body. He is not an legit option to be UT's starting QB.

He was brought in just to run the scout team. You can't have your second string QB running reps against the first team defense on the scout team during practice.

He was brought in because there was two scholarship QBs at the time and you need two scout team QBs if for nothing else to throw to receivers in one on one drills and in 7 on 7. I've heard he has a cannon for an arm just doesn't know the offense well enough or is not a good enough decision maker. His only other offer was North Dakota State.

He is only 2 plays away from being the starting QB.

I've heard some rumors that Kiffin was bullied by a kid named Nick, who played QB... that's why neither Nick is seeing the field this season. I've heard he intentionally brought Lamaison here just so he could bench him...tifwiw

I heard Kiffin was going to sign Nick Jonas, just to bench him and steal his promise ring...

This is also why I think he was brought in lol. They needed a quarterback quick and they only have one walk-on QB even so if two had gone down they would have had to send in a true freshman walk on to play QB.

Yea... and he'd probably fall flat on his face after taking the snap before he could even hand the ball off.

There's no way I could stand to watch that.

There`s no way Lamison could be worse than Crompton if he would learn the playbook! :eek:k:

This goes in line with what I've been hearing as well... I heard he's going to fire Frank Wilson and hire Nick Nolte just so he can bench him as well.. Really odd, I've never heard of a coach being "benched".

Fumbling handoffs? You get to watch that every weekend! :)
