What happened to Leach? Why is it so silent?

I think, and this is just my opinion, that Fulmer will do his best to set his ego aside and hire the best coach he can regardless of who that is other than Kiffin. I think that name is off the list and will not be considered at all.
I think he makes calls to Petersen, Gruden, Miles, Leach, Brohm, Tee, and a few others. I honestly don't think he interviews Tee for HC. Tee has said he would come back in a position other than HC under certain circumstances, which he did not name.

Again, just my thoughts. And I am hopefully optimistic that things are trending upward for Tennessee. We may have a bad season or two ahead of us, but we are on the right track. I think Fulmer has come to understand that old ways don't always mean better, especially in the modern age of athletes.

Man, I certainly hope you are right! The fan base deserves much better after all the S_it we've had to eat over the past 14 years.

No Way can Leach be hired when UT is taking the "high morals" road in the SchiaNO debacle. For those of you who didn't know, Leach locked Adam James (son of ESPN analyst Craig James) in a closet while at Texas Tech. No way can UT hire anyone associated with ANY SCANDAL while standing on "high morals" with SchiaNO. Forget Leach.
