What does mulligrubs mean?

I've never been exposed to that word before. Is it a georgia word? Reminds me of cattywompass, which I had never heard til moving to north Carolina, I'm glad to be back in tn, their BBQ over there is made with vinegar for god's sake, which is a completely cattywompass way to make BBQ and gives you the mulligrubs.
