I wouldn't even count that last minute TD GSU scored on us. That was in garbage time against 3rd stringers.

I didn't watch the entire bowling green game but did fla even get to put its second and third strings in? I would assume not since it was a close game until the 4th quarter

I just don't see it out of this "awesome defense" and "awesome O-line"

They had 17 points scored on them from a rebuilding TAMU team who were under a new coach playing their very first game of the season, and 14 from Bowling Green. That's not a whole lot better than the 34 total points we've allowed in 2 games (against similar competition) and our defense is called "questionable".

And as for the "amazing" O-line..... has anyone seen how many times Driskel has been pressured/hurried/sacked?

I'm open for debate I just don't see it personally

Can someone please explain to me what florida actually has? All these threads are saying that tennessee has this advantage and that advantage, but we havn't won in so long, it can't be easy!

Can someone please explain to me what the gators have that could give them an actual advantage against us? I know from what i have seen of florida last year, compared to what i've seen from them this year gives them absolutely no real advantage short of kicking and punting...and from what I have seen, it shouldn't need to come down to that...

Can someone give me an honest assessment?

Very good DL. OL looked a little soft vs A&M but they have all the talent in the world. Not what they're used to at the skill positions but they have talent.

The LB's would have been the strength of their D but they lost their stud MLB. Secondary is smallish and looked a little vulnerable even before losing a starting CB.

UF is claiming that their 1st two opponents only threw short passes which prevented the D-line from getting to the QB. They know that our game is to throw it downfield, so they are excited because they think their D- line can get to Bray. That will be a battle to keep an eye on. If they are unable to get to him, it will be a very long day for them.

BG did throw short quick passes all day to negate the pressure. They have a very good QB.
