What do you want to see against UGA?

Regardless the youth movement is officially on 100%. Zero reason to not go all in w the young guys. JG has proven he is done mentally, Mauer andor shrout is your starters. Hopefully Wanaya ankle is minor. The warrior experiment needs to be finished as well. If any upper class men are or turn into cancers they need to be retired.
Put a bunch of fr. and soph. in against one of the best teams in the country. Brilliant idea. Smh.

0:00 on the clock unfortunately. Hope this bye week pays dividends, but it may be rough. Although we did look better on run defense.

I didn't get to watch the game but why hasn't jaylen McCullough not seen any more playing time. Warrior is downright trash

So, not what we will see and not arguing with each other about firing/not firing. Also, not blaming this coach or this player for past games, just what are REALISTIC steps for this team from this past game to next game?

For me, I’d like to see a new quarterback in the game that has gotten starter’s reps in practice. I’d like to see an offensive game plan that is schemed to get some easy throws. I’d like the offense to appear to have a cohesive plan. On defense, I’d like to see better effort and execution from the secondary. Our head coach and DC both have a DB background, so I’d like to see some attention paid to that area. UGA can’t have guys running around as wide open as I felt the UF receivers were.

I fully expect the game to not be close, but some of these positive steps would be nice. I also want to see some aggressive playcalling in terms of going for 4th and short and sending the blitz on D. Show the players you believe they can get the job done and for them to have some fun out there.

I think, now that UF is behind us, you play JG thru the Bama game then bring in the rookies, both of them. No sense getting them injured against UGA/Bama. Just run the football and run out the clock. Play the last 4 or 5 games for experience only. Come into next season with some depth.

I'd like to see JG get the fan support he deserves. Would some applause when he runs through the T be too much to ask? And I'd like to see some support for our DBs. Clearly the constant negativity has affected their play, particularly Warrior.

Clean off the rock, and have students and fans write short phrases of encouragement to JG.

Maybe Thursday should be "We Love Our Vols No Matter What Day" in Tennessee. really get these guys pumped up, help their self image and positive energy flow, and hopefully allow JG to be the true 5-star NFL QB we all know he can be.

(yes...I'm trolling....it's all I have left....)

Life in our offense and our defense too actually look good from being coached by supposedly one of the best defensive minded person in the league until then it was just hype.

A win!

But seriously. I think I might invest in the future beginning today at QB and at DB.

Georgia is really talented with few weaknesses. They are certainly beatable and that’s why we play the game, but the team we’ve filed the last 4 weeks ain’t gonna get it done.

I say it’s time to coach up the future players and give them some hard nose in game experience. Use this as a learning experience. Odds don’t look good for a winning season.

Don’t look at this as giving up on this season but investing for next season. Trial by fire if you will.

We have nothing to loose and everything to gain.

Building confidence in the QB should be a priority this week and I’d do it with Maure (sp?).

I’d simplify the game for him. Chaney is good enough to do that.

I’d simplify the defense as well. Focus on hard nose fundamentals and see what happens.

We have more talent than folks think but something isn’t clicking with the team.
If one was paying attention to our games and players that are playing it (especially now after I read your post) seems like that's the approach CJP is doing lol he is using all his freshman or the vast majority of the younger players
