Loyalty is a big one. Perhaps to a fault but we don't know what conversations are happening behind closed doors. He is also great at building a tight team culture and numerous players and recruits talk openly about it.

I don't know this for certain but I think the gum chewing comes from allergy and sinus issues. I have bad allergy and sinus issues especially this time of year and I can't take medicine because it jacks my BP up. I bet he has the same issues because he's always coughing. The gum helps
