Two things about his press conference. First, unlike Kiffin, he has only had a few hours to prepare and so he had less details about what to expect. More importantly, I like that he talks about process. All those successful coaches are "process" guys who believe a strong process leads to good results. He made one comment that was almost a direct quote on process. I also like this guy's personality better. Kiffin was John Wayne. This guy seems like Dwight Eisenhower--very competent, will get good results, but we'll remember the players more than him.
