Heard Laurel on the radio this morning. Played this link for my wife when I got home and heard Yanny.

I tried it. I heard Yanny, as did My wife, but my daughter heard Laurel.

I also noticed Yanny is a higher pitched voice. Laurel is a bit deeper. Imo.

It’s (mostly) a frequency thing.

Speakers and/or where you’re getting your feed are honing in on specific frequencies. Your ears can also possibly only hear the one frequency

your wife probably has better hearing than you. I wouldn't tell her that though. for your sake. Yanni is at a higher frequency than Laurel.
