Do you like Berry playin offense or keep him on D only? What would you do to move us forward?

I'd run a 2 hour practice of nothing but run blocking drills.

Couldn't agree more, and the spend some time in the film room showing the "hot routes, and check downs" for Stephens. He certainly likes throwing down field, but finding those routes keep drives going. But also know that he his young and part of learning experience. Doesn't matter if we cant convert 3rd and 1 or 2 though.

Get a new coaching staff and recruit some tallent

I agree. This team is sorely lacking in playmakers. We need better recruiters. Identifying in-state talent and keeping them here, as well as, recruiting in Florida...there's so much talent in the Miami area that's going elsewhere.

As for the offense, having a qb with so little experience is the main problem, the coaching staff should have been giving the backups some experience last year. Unfortunately, they're having to use this year for that. :furious3:

i like berry on offense but we have to be more creative,

and if you do run a screen someone has to block someone, he's not superman, although close

I would do exactly what the only thing the line is good at doing...pass block. Go 4 and 5 wide and put Stephens cannon arm in the shotgun and just let rip about 60 pass plays with maybe 5 draws mixed in. What does it hurt?

Give him a couple clues and he'll have us up and running fast.

Its not like they have tried berry on offense and it has failed. I mean we threw one screen pass to him and he got what he could get without any blocks. I say we put berry on offense for more than one play
