Not sure if it's been brought up, but with the questions about CPF's mindset concerning the new OC hire:
“I think it gives you a chance to see other people, get new ideas, new thoughts toward what we want to be like down the road that fits what we do here at Tennessee to some degree,” Fulmer said. “It’s not a pain. It’s really a process that can be a learning experience as you go through.”

It almost sounds like he is looking for a fresh perspective on where to take the offense while staying true to "what we do".

Personally I like the idea of being more updated while remaining a strong, powerful, UT offense.
