What do the stars mean

i think it represents the number of years you've been a VN member.

It's something new I was playing around with. One star equals one full year of VolNation membership.

Not sure if I'll keep it like it is or not. I thought about maybe making each one worth 6 months but I am not sure.

How about a star for good posts, like when they put a bone on a Georgia helmet for a good play or Fla St. tomahawk on their helmet even though there were not many given out.....lol

You don't see the stars under "join date" on this post?

Try refreshing the page and see if that works.

Some boards have a "reputation meter" that members can add to, or remove from depending on the quality of the post. I was digging around on the Sooner Fark forum last night and came across that one.
