Isn't there a rule about not counting FCS teams in the win total for bowl eligibility? Meaning we would have to get to 7-5 to make it to a bowl.

Not much better, but college football's landscape can change in an instant.

I believe we'll see steady, possibly marked, improvement. We have talent, most of it very young. They are undergoing a trial by fire right now that will pay dividends in the future. We'll add depth with quality JUCO talent and freshmen. In 3-4 years we'll be something special.

If Dooley can instill confidence in these guys, and develop some depth, we are going to be extremely fun to watch.

You can cant 1 win against an FCS opponent each year toward bowl eligibility.

no, that one counts. now if a team was to play 2 of them the second wouldn't count. 6-6 we will go to a bowl

2011: 7-9 wins
2012: 10 wins

I think that is very practical and reasonable.

I really think 2012 can be a great, great year.

Yeah. You can count one annually.
