I went to a Beefalo farm in Franklin Tenn about 6 months ago. Dude told me to come back in september and he'll give me some venison or put me on a list to get it. I'm two months too late . :/

my uncle cuts his into chunks, breads and fries it and then pours cream of mushroom (i think) over it and bakes it.....good stuff
