Tonight's fare? Roasted Cod on Large Garlic Croutons with a spinach and romaine salad.

Hubby is traveling this week, made it for me & my boy.

Lucky hubby is traveling. Garlic breath. <lol>

Went to the beach today. Behr had a hot dog. A friend and myself shared a pound of King Crab Legs, Escargot en Croute, 2 dozen blue points on the half shell, and Ahi Tuna.

New Castle was the draft of choice. 3 Polar Pitchers. :good!:

Shells stuffed with tofu, spinach, mushrooms, onions and black olives. Topped with red sauce and pine nuts. Garlic bread on the side. I hate tofu but was surprised at how good this was.

sure! Smoked duck and baby swiss on focaccia with chilled arugala and caramelized vidalia onions with a smoked tomato hollandaise. I also like a good grilled cheese sandwich with heirloom tomatoes and a spicy avacodo and sundried tomato guacamole for dipping with a bowl of venison penne chili! Take your pick?
