Tonight it was, Veal Scallopini with Brown Butter and Capers. Packaged, and on sale box-o-pasta to go with. Mezzaluna Pasta with Gorgonzola Filling by La Piana. It was on sale.

Nothing compares to "real" bacon, but grilled turkey bacon ain't too bad.

If you soak the bacon in water over night, it will swell up and make bigger, thicker bacon.
