Son smoked a brisket for mom's Christmas party yesterday, and I have half of it in my fridge (it was 13 pounds!). Put some on a whole wheat tortilla with horseradish mustard.

We do a lot. I have a lot of ground deer, and that's usually what we do with it. We love it.
