Fixing to fire up the grill for chicken wings at home with Wicked Wing sauce. My husband is the bomb.
I made pasta salad earlier as you need a cool side dish to go with.
Yum.

Have not tried this yet.. But coffee grounds rib eye steak.. Fixing to throw on the grill in about a hour!

Turned out good! Wish I had a better selection of steak to cook, but local butcher retired and the stores really don't compare. Anyway, we liked them.. I was expecting a heavy coffee flavor, but was not like that at all. More like a good dry rub. Think they would be good on a flat iron also. Would mos def'natly do it again.

Last night I took a pound of 21-25 shrimp and made a stock out of the shells. I then took some Kerry Gold butter and made a light roux. Then added shallot and garlic for about 30 seconds. Added the stock, pinch of salt, white pepper, & crushed red pepper and brought to a boil. Reduced the heat to low added about 1/3 of a cup of half & half and the shrimp for about 2 minutes. Finished with some shredded parm and parsley & served over angel hair.

The wife liked it.
