I've never done scallops on the grill. Do you do anything special to them?

My favorite is to wrap them in basil then prosciutto, season with olive oil, garlic, s+p, then skewer. Don't overcook!

Yea they're really good and a pretty healthy option as far as fast food goes. The 12 count of grilled nuggets are only 200 calories.

I like both. Wouldn't do them that way every time, but it will surprise you. Scallops are one of my wife's favorites, so I've tried many recipes.
