And, btw... I worked in food service industry when I was a kid. Don't complain and send something back. Its a hazardous endeavour.

Yeah, Of everyone calling Dibs.

Most of the time it is the Servers fault but I have always looked to see how many tables they had or how busy it was to complain. Regardless, Volly did what was right. Lobster should be never served cold.

Managed for a Major Food Industry during Spring break & Summer vacation. Joys of living in Florida.

I bought a dry rub from Sams Club it's made by Weber and it's a honey garlic rub. I put some olive oil on some chicken breasts then added the dry rub let it marinate for two days and put them on the grill about an hour ago. They were actually really good. That was the first time I bought a dry rub I usually just make my own.

Went to a crawfish boil last night. They smoked two whole hogs as well. I am still full. Had 2 lbs of crawfish, a whole lot of BBQ, and some awesome sides. Damn it was good.

I ate some of all that. We eat the first meal at lunch ("dinner" in that part of Mississippi), snack and graze all afternoon, then eat supper, then continue snacking and telling lies until the last cousin leaves. Thankfully, I only had to waddle to an adjacent bedroom and fall down afterward.

Mesquite grilled chicken, Corn on the Cob,Homemade Mac and Cheese, Beans, sliced onions, Corn bread, and carrots

Made the meatballs. That's a lot of trouble for something I don't really like. Never been a meatball fan.
