What did you have for dinner?

It's mostky meat, veggies and fruit. Technically I wasn't supposed to have peas since they are a legume but F it.

My wife did the spaghetti squash. You just stick it in the oven and bake it. When done slice it open and its stringy inside.

I get the overall concept. I just have a hard time finding ways to make that go together.

Grilled chicken thighs, kale salad with corn, black beans and avocado with an avocado dressing

Go on, I'm intrigued now. How does this recipe work?

Easy: wash and dry romaine, slice the whole head in half lengthwise, lightly spray or rub with EVOO and sprinkle with salt and pepper or your favorite blend (I love Jane's mixed up garlic salt). Grill over medium direct heat about 1-2 minutes per side, I like to overlap the thin tips to keep them from burning. Remove and chop into 1" strips, add tomatoes, cukes, etc, and some shaved parm, dress as you wish!

Sounds very good! I will have to try this.

How do you wash the leaves with the head still intact?
