About to make smoked salmon spread, we'll eat it on pita chips. (Obviously I don't do appetizers for hubby and me, but this stuff is awesome and I need it. Also, dinner is gonna take a little while so it's a good excuse to make it. ) For dinner, roasting a whole cauliflower, and making Honey Spice Chicken Thighs. Feel like I need to have a green vegetable of some kind, but I don't really have anything on hand except kale, and I don't want that since I'm already fixing cauliflower. A salad would be nice, but I don't have stuff for that either.
I normally add them to it. As well as zuchinni, squash and sometimes broccoli. But for just a burger topping, I only wanted onion and mushroom. To really make it better, sprinkle a little italian dressing over it and grill them.
