What did you have for dinner?

So not healthy, but so good! Wanted to do something with the cheddar sausage we had and I made a cheesy ranch pasta with onions, peppers, spinach and tomatoes.

I'm in ET this week and I went to Costco today and they have a seafood ravioli "lasagna"....erma lerd is that stuff good!

Solid grill marks! Nice.

Thanks. I didn't pay nearly as much as some of the grills in the grill and bbq thread, but it's a very solid grill. Heats evenly, easy to control the temp and I use it for at least half my meals each week. And it's just a simple Kenmore from Kmart of all places.

Tonight was the last of the chili leftovers. And now I don't have a lunch to take to work tomorrow.

On the way home from work I was thinking of a few things I had in the kitchen to use for dinner. Fresh basil (from a little plant I have that still alive), chicken, heavy cream and milk (from ice cream I made for hubby), and an avocado that I forgot to take to work and I need to use it.

So naturally we're having fried chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, gravy, and turnip greens. :hmm:

We had salad, filet mignon, and 2 types of home made ravioli (one type stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, the other one stuffed with sausage and broccoli rabe). The sausage and broccoli rabe one was in a basil cream sauce and the prosciutto one was in a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

You had me at sausage and broccoli rabe!...:)

And I love prosciutto as well!
