trying something new.....My neighbor gave me 2 halibut filets, he caught on a fishing trip to Alaska...I'm marinating it with Garlic, Olive Oil, Basil, Salt and Pepper. Gonna throw it on the grill in about 30 minutes...

I cheated, I put aluminum foil down for the fish and did the shrimp on the stove

It turned out great...I'll definitely try it again
