Brick Oven pizza topped with ricotta cheese, black olives, spinach and sun dried tomatoes. Washing it down with a Sam Adams Summer Ale. My reward for sucking it up in a mountain bike race this evening.

top it off it was 100 degrees here in Central Connecticut today.

NOT a good idear. :)

I marinate chicken in "Wishbone" Italian dressing as well as my own recipe, when time permits, but have never "cooked" a chicken breast in it. Did you cook it "stove top" or in the oven?

Chicken sandwich, green beans and skillet corn...but the weekend is coming and I am headed back to Tennessee where there's gonna be Sunday dinner at Momma's table! Sunday is my birthday, but other than a cake, the menu won't change much...Bragging to follow!!!

I cook it in the oven. I'll let it marinade in the dressing with cracked pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and some butter for about 30-45min in a Pyrex dish, then toss it in the oven. Make sure to have some french bread on hand to dip in the sauce.

Grilled cheese on smashed hamburer buns, with turkey pastromi. Cajan chips and a couple Marzetti hot chilis. Tomorrow is lobster tails, cant wait.
 
Homemade spaghetti with meat sauce and whole grain organic angel hair pasta served with a salad and fresh warm bread! It was delicious!
