I made a ramen bowl, but this was the first time I ever did it this way:
Instead of adding the seasoning packet to the boiling water, I poured the seasoning packet in an empty bowl, and I added a bit of mayo, garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Mixed it all up, then boiled the noodles, and added the noodles to the seasoned bowl, with just like a tablespoon or two of the boiling water. It was so good! The broth was nice and thick, and it tasted so much better! I don’t think I can eat ramen to old school way anymore.
