I've been doing it strictly to lose stubborn belly fat. I'm really only down a few pounds, but I'm lifting, biking, and rucking regularly, so hopefully I've gained a little muscle in the right areas. Waist is down just below 32" and finally getting some ab definition. It's a bit of a midlife crisis thing, I guess. I've got a big birthday in a few months...i did keto a while back. I lost like 20 lbs in about a month and a half, then i plateaued, & didn’t lose another pound. You have any issues with this?
