Last night was poor man’s Philly cheesesteak on the blackstone. Used hamburger meat instead of ribye. Also mixed smoked gouda & colby jack. Chopped it up & mixed it all together for a cheesy meaty goodness on a sub roll with chipotle mayo

Sounds like a chopped cheese. I love those on the flat top.

They might be my favorite thing on the flat top. That gooey cheese is just awesome. I like to wrap mine in foil after. Adds to the effect.
