Agreed! Rosati’s is pretty damn good. They do suggest that if you order the deep dish to give it about 45 mns

That deep-dish is something else, last one I got there had to weigh over 10 pounds.

Made a salad of chopped homegrown peppers, homegrown tomatoes, celery, Vidalia onions, lime juice, salt & pepper. Served it with a ribeye steak.

Had company tonight. So I made one of my specialties. I call it the pork tenderloin trio. It's 3 grilled pork tenderloins with a pop of applewood smoke. I do each with a different flavor: BBQ, Honey Balsamic, and Chimichurri.
