Interesting. I use molasses to make up my sauce for the ribs. Would you share your treatment for the ribs? I have typically done nothing more than brine and apply mustard to mine.

I use cheap stone ground mustard and the molasses to coat the pig parts, just enough on there to hold the dry ingredients in place overnight. That spicy/suggary concoction sticks well and makes an awesome bark after a trip thru the smoker.
