@vollygirl’s Air Fryer Cajun Vegs over brown rice, but with just the andouille; no shrimp. I’m not fond of leftover shrimp.

Showered in the ookie water yesterday, just to get my hair clean. It was kind of creepy (don’t let the water get in your mouth or eyes, etc.) but very civilized after three weeks
