Did smash burgers last night on the new flat top. Turned out great but forgot to get pics.

Cooked rice and made shrimp sauce last night for Japanese feast later today. This meal today is one of the main reasons I've wanted a flat top forever.

I love smash burgers. The fried rice is great too. Don't sleep on street tacos. Those are probably my favorite use of the flat top.
