Chicken cacciatore (bone-in thighs; onions, sliced Portobello mushrooms, garlic, hand-squished whole canned Roma tomatoes; white wine, chicken stock, 2 sprigs thyme, 2 sprigs Italian parsley, 1 sprig rosemary, 1 sprig sage, 2 bay leaves,Italian seasoning).
Steamed broccoli on the side
