Normally, when we cook, we make a lot because of the way I work. It helps my wife not to worry for a day or two, and me to have lunch for a couple of days.

I went to a nearby small town diner,and had a catfish sandwich and tater tots. It was a 45 minute wait and we didn't want to drive all the way back to town. It was worth it though.
