What did you have for dinner II?

We bought those & red haven’t tried them yet. Did you cook them in some kind of sauce or serve a sauce on the side? Trying to figure out how to serve them
Hoisin Sauce and a little Soy Sauce
They were really good.
I just saw that the package shows this

Let me know if you prepared them either of these two ways or you came up with your own recipe.

Lasagna.

Backstory: a chef at an upscale restaurant here in Charlotte lost his job when the pandemic hit. He started to work out of a shared kitchen doing different three course meals for delivery. During the holidays he offers a lasagna pan...A massive pan (transferred to two casserole dishes to fit in fridge 😆). But it's one of the best lasagnas I've ever had.

He's opening a restaurant after the new year. He's come a long way, as he had issues and has been sober for I don't know how many years now. Just glad to support guys like him right now.

A chef uses our church’s kitchen three days a week for a similar service. The choir music library is over part of the kitchen, and it always smells heavenly!

Edit to add: no pun intended 🤪

Amen...

You smoked those whole chickens to perfection. You ate like royalty. Now, you have this entire chicken left over. Hmm… What to do with that chicken? Make enchiladas! Sauté some onions and peppers, mix in the pulled chicken with seasoning to taste. There’s your filling. Make enchiladas. Use green sauce and white cheese for the first batch.
