Gave away all the food. Pie turned out great...of course it was a mess to slice it.

This was supper tonight. And, yes, most nights I eat by 5 bc it's my only meal. A nod to my favorite dish, Grouper Monterey, at Down Under in Fernandina. I used Tilapia and Colby/Jack. Mom made the squash casserole.

Just finished! Rusty pizza : Freschetta brick oven 3-meat pizza with additional sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms, extra cheese and Italian seasoning.

I’m reluctant to look up the calories on that baby and enter them…

Came home to a crock pot of pintos, made a pan of cornbread, and topped with chopped onion. Makes me happy.

you can’t beat pintos, cornbread and onions. That was a staple for me growing up and it still is today.
