What did you have for dinner II?

Met 3 gals at Longhorn, spur of the moment. I had not planned on buying any food since I have enough leftovers in fridge to take me into next week. But, it was good to visit with them. I got a loaded potato which wasn't as loaded as I like. No bacon (sigh.) I had to ask for more Cheddar since there were only about a half dozen shreds on it. Tater was good though.

I remain completely unmoved by rabe. Raab. Rapini. Props to those willing to take it on.
The last time I bought it was for an attempt to make Philly roast pork sandwiches. If I attempt this again, wilted spinach for the win.

This time, it was the freshest organic green veggie during my shopping trip. I cut the bitterness with malted rice wine vinegar.

Wow, when you need vinegar to cut the bitterness! lol

(Yes, I know that vinegar is acid, not bitter. But still.)
