Grilled chicken breast, cut up and added to sauteed red cabbage and bell peppers. Also, chia pudding - 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup yogurt, and 1 tbsp cacao nibs. Combine it with a gin & tonic or two.
