No, you're not wrong. Is that a double negative? I fix, I take. I am the best meals on wheels in Kingsport. These folks deserve a decent meal, and I love to cook. My mom says that I'm nuts. Cooking costs money.
 
The thing about fixing/taking food to folks is that you have to remember what they can/won't eat. Some don't eat onions, mushrooms, eggs, blah blah. I try to accommodate their palates and keep it fun for me. It's at least a half hour at every house. Everyone needs to talk. They need to eat, too. They are my willing guinea pigs. No complaints.

That is so great that you can make these wonderful meals and share with people that really appreciate it and enjoy the food and company and probably would not eat this well if
it were not for you and you are a real blessing.
