We do the Mississippi Pot Roast in the slow cooker. Rub the roast with Ranch seasoning and onion soup. Brown it. Add pepperonchini's (sp?). So I did it with chicken breasts in the pressure cooker. First time doing a chicken "pot roast." Came out really good.
I'm curious. One of you young'uns in Nashville who hit up Hattie's, Prince's, and Bolton's on the regular...... slide by the "we beat our meat" joint and tell me what's up.
