Got an Instant Pot for xmas. Fixed 3 dinners in it so far. The tenderness of the meats in such a short cook cycle is impressive.

So last night, did a load of frozen wings in the pressure pot. Used beer for the steam. Then put them under the broiler to brown up and crisp a little, before saucing. That worked out really well. Yum. Yum.

Takeout from Urban Cookhouse. Smoked turkey, roastedmixed veggies loaded w/ onion and mushroom, hot cheddar pasta, broccoli salad. Large enough servings to carry us thru this current taste of winter.

I have yet to do chicken legs on the grill or anywhere else that comes remotely close to chicken legs in the air fryer.
