What did you have for dinner II?

Home-decorated pizza, cooked on a pre-heated pizza stone. Made ALL the difference in the world.

Base was a frozen Freschetta Brick Oven square pizza. @Tin Man, instead of the five-cheese, this time I used the three-meat version (same price) instead of adding pepperoni and sausage separately, and we’re happy with it. Won’t work with a lot of your great toppings, of course.

Anyway, while waiting for the pizza stone to heat up, I sliced up an onion, some tired-looking red and yellow peppers, and cremini mushrooms, plus diced up sun-dried tomatoes, and sautéed them with barely any olive oil, dumping them one at a time on the frozen pizza. Added some blobs of Mama Mary pizza sauce and a handful of bag cheese (shredded cheese) and shook some dried Italian seasoning on top. Slid the pizza on to the stone, added a little more cheese toward the end, and it was done in 12 minutes. Great crispy crust. God bless pizza stones!

Hubs went back for that pesky last piece that wouldn’t fit on his paper plate, and the stone had kept it blazing hot.

I’m going to have to try this!

Did you use bone-in or boneless chicken? How many pounds?

Boneless. Used one large diced chicken breast.
FYI-diced the cream cheese also
This is actually a combination of two recipes that seemed to go well together. You can "VolNExile" it with whatever suits your taste.:)
