That looks great! How did you spice the chicken?Chicken Breast & Spinach with lots of spices in the Crock Pot over brown rice.

1-Saute onion & garlic
- 4 ounce-Cream Cheese
- 2 Cups-Spinach
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2-Yellow Onion
- 1/2 tsp-Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 cup-Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup-Crumbled Bacon
2-Add spinach and sauté until it wilts
3-Add Ranch Dressing to Crock Pot and layer diced chicken & cream cheese
4-Layer spinach, onions, garlic.
5-Cook in Crock Pot for 4-6 hours
6-Add Red Pepper Flakes last hour
7-Serve over rice or pasta or whatever else you want
Boneless. Used one large diced chicken breast.I’m going to have to try this!
Did you use bone-in or boneless chicken? How many pounds?
