I traveled through the entire country of Mexico for over 10 years and never saw nor heard of this dish.
I had to look it up on Google. Looks delicious.

It's is basically Pollo Loco with chorizo added. It was one of the wife's experiments. It was good, but not exactly what we wanted. We were trying to replicate a dish from a local Mexican place. I'd try the one you posted. It looks yummy.

First, I've been extremely blessed! Second, no kidding. I swear it sounds funny, but my body is extremely weird the last 2-3 years. It's like I've gotten healthier, and definitely gotten stronger. It's absolutely coincidence, but I swear it's been since that spider bite
