Ride bike past there on Saturday mornings. I live in Seminole, come up Pinellas trail then through Clearwater down Veterans bridge back up Gulf Blvd. That corner is a son of a ****** come late October through February. The building create a wind tunnel and wind is hawking in your face no matter what direction you approach from.

Thanks. The funny thing about this dish is that the rice took the longest to cook. After a little prep work... start to plate dinner took maybe 15 minutes.
