Ok I was starving, and worked in the yard until late, so I did not eat lunch until 10:30 pm, but hey it was Fabulous when
you are starving, so here we go, Hamburger with Honey Barbeque Chips, a Frozen Coke and Rainbow Sherbert and
it was Great!!

We go to the one on a Gulf to Bay Blvd at Clearwater Mall. They get most of their groceries there. I didn’t care for Costco Much until I started eating healthier, it’s easy to stock up on frozen fish, chicken, fruits and vegetables from there. Recovering is going well, thanks for asking, just don’t tell my mom.

Wife found a cool recipe we tried it last night. Get some wonton wraps and put them in a muffin tin. Fill with shredded chicken (we used a rotisserie), a lot of cheese (we used cheddar and pepper jack) some minced black olives, roasted red peppers, and some ranch dip (from the packet). Bake. They were awesome

So I had my post op appointment today and everything went well, better than I could have hoped for.
Doctor still doesn’t want me to lift over 15 pounds for another 6 weeks but said I could drive. I figured I could go back home but my parents insisted that I stay for at least a few more weeks. So I agreed.
Anyways, I want to thank everyone for their, inquiries, concerns and well wishes, it really means so much. Thank you.
