I'll have to give it a try. I bake/roast most vegetables these days. The black iron skillet okra is possibly my favorite food though.
I saw where baking is recommended to get children to eat vegetables.
I made homemade chicken noodle soup. Passed out candy at the community trunk of treats. Got home. Hungry. So I fried up 2 bologna and cheese sandwiches.
