Smoked texas style Deer Sausage with sharp cheddar and jalapenos in a twisted sausage on a bun with some deer chili, onions and Mustard. And some mexican cornbread with deer gravy.
Inspired by mal's strip steak fajitas, I sliced up the odd strip steak in a 3-pack, and adding it to chopped Creole trinity, I made strip steak quesadillas. Served 'em smothered in avocado slices.
