Sliced a pork tenderloin into 1 inch strips, pounded them to about 4 inches wide , covered them with bacon , salt, pepper, onion powder. rolled them up cut them in half to make 2 inch pinwheels. pan seared all 4 sides them baked at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Severed with green beans and sweet corn. It was slap yo mamma good!
