Plus two onions, half a yellow pepper, maybe 2/3 c chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, 3/4 lb mushrooms, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, Italian bread crumbs, some of the glaze stirred into the above, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Something else… hmm…

No, I cook on the stovetop in a Dutch oven. I strip the leaves off the big stems then add everything in after I season and brown the ground chicken and it all cooks together for about 45 minutes.
